Premier Physique is excited to announce its new Fitness and Nutrition Studio!
15226 W. Freeway Drive, Forest Lake/Columbus
The office is located in the Wellness Center, visible from the freeway just south of the Hwy 97 exit, in between the BP station and Gander Mountain. The studio is just up the stairs when you enter the building. My personal training services will move to this room and I will be expanding my nutritional consultation services.
I recently completed a course through the American Academy of Sports Dieticians and Nutritionists and received certification as a Nutrition Specialist. I am excited to offer more comprehensive services to my clients and to be able to offer a more professional environment to do it in.

Directions to Premier Physique:
From the south: Go north on I-35W or E until the two merge together, and then take the first exit off I-35. This is Hwy 97. Go left/west and cross over the freeway. Take a left before the bp station, where you will head south on the frontage road. About a quarter of a mile down you will see the Wellness Center on your right.
